We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Family Medicine physician to join our hospitals in UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive family medicine consultations including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across all age groups. Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma in a community-based setting. Deliver preventive care services including immunizations, screenings, and health education. Coordinate care and refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in continuous professional development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical audits. Promote a patient-centered approach emphasizing holistic care and health promotion. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization or board certification in Family Medicine. Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice as a Family Medicine Consultant. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in family medicine or general practice. Strong knowledge of preventive care, chronic disease management, and primary care best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse patient populations. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical medical standards.
