Job Description Job Description As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll implement insightsoftware’s Budgeting, Planning, and Financial Consolidations solutions — helping world-class clients transform their financial performance management processes. Over time, you’ll develop deep expertise across Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms and become a trusted advisor to finance leaders. To succeed, you’ll need a strong grounding in finance (FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation), excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical system configurations. Primary Responsibilities Understand customer data flows and processes around budgeting, planning, and financial consolidation Analyze business requirements and design maintainable, scalable solutions Configure, implement, and test customer solutions Integrate EPM systems with ERP or other enterprise data sources Demonstrate and communicate the business value of insightsoftware solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and technical teams Build and nurture strong customer relationships through clear communication and delivery excellence Achieve target billable utilization within 6 months Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Consolidation, EPM consulting, or ERP consulting with finance process alignment Background in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems Hands-on with any major EPM platform (e.g., Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Workday Adaptive) or ERP systems with budgeting/forecasting modules Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills Excellent written and verbal English communication Ability to bridge finance language and technical configuration Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools such as JustPerform Why Join insightsoftware? Strong Financial Modelling skills Experience in a customer services role (consulting) within the Finance function of an organization Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple competing tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Corporate Performance Management (ex.
