ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant who will play a crucial role in implementing and customizing CRM solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements for CRM solutions.

· Design and document functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on client requirements.
