Take responsibility for the transformation agendas of tomorrow and join Major Programmes. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have 2-5 years of work experience in project management, preferably from another consultancy or a large organization and within IT or business transformation.
  • Experience with large-scale technology transformation such as ERP (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle), CRM (SuccessFactors), digital, agile, cyber, shared services, operating model, etc.
  • Hold a master’s degree – we are not picky about your field of study, as long as you can demonstrate its value.
  • Can lead smaller teams, taking charge of driving high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 or SAFe are an advantage, but not required.
  • Have permission to live and work in Denmark.

Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will typically be:

  • Leading workstreams or smaller projects within programmes or enterprise-level portfolios
  • Designing, setting up, and running PMO functions supporting large-scale transformations
  • Managing key stakeholders to enhance our understanding of client needs and build lasting relationships
  • Continuously aligning project delivery with enterprise strategies and vice-versa
  • Driving core project management activities, including planning, reporting resource management, risk management, budgeting, financial management, etc
