Digitalization and automation: As the central contact person, you will support exciting digitalization and automation projects.
Requirements and project management: Together with your team, you will be responsible for project and requirements management, as well as testing and integration. This will help bring solutions to market.
Sales engagement: You proactively monitor the market and identify new, innovative solutions with which you support sales and thus contribute to the growth of our service offering.
Responsibility: In client projects, you are responsible for your results and present them convincingly, thus having a direct influence on the project's success.
Diverse participation: You actively contribute to other projects and can thus gain interesting insights into further banking and IT-related topics and areas.

Academic background: You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant field and ideally have banking training.
Professional experience: Through initial experience in the banking sector, you have acquired sound knowledge of banking processes. You have already worked with input management, workflow, and electronic file solutions, demonstrating your analytical thinking skills.
A passion for innovation: You are enthusiastic about complex challenges and have a clear vision for the banking processes of the future. Your motivation lies in shaping banking digitally and sustainably – this passion drives you every day.
Professional aptitude: Topics such as Business Process Management, Virtual Process Modelling, digital transformation, end-to-end process automation, and Lean Management are of interest to you. You are ready to develop and implement new approaches.
Flexibility and language skills: You are willing to travel throughout Germany to visit our clients and possess flexibility and an open mindset. Furthermore, you have fluent German and very good English skills (both written and spoken).
