Responsibilities as a consultant in customer service:

• First point of contact for our customers regarding questions and problems concerning our banking software solutions in the payment and compliance area, specifically in the area of ​​fraud prevention and fraud detection using AI-supported applications.
• Structured end-to-end support means responsibility for your own specialist topics and the execution of specialist analyses, as well as advising affiliated credit institutions on technical malfunctions, including problem solving within the framework of existing guidelines and analysis tools.
• Advising affiliated banks on new payment methods, such as Wero
• Contributing to and ensuring the quality of customer documentation, training materials, and project activities
• Support and advice to institutes regarding innovations within the framework of the annual release changes
• Cross-team cooperation and close collaboration within FI, especially with our application development team.
• Conducting customer training sessions and workshops on our own specialist topics

Profile:

• Completed commercial/banking apprenticeship or a degree in economics
• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Professional expertise in advising customers
• Excellent analytical skills and enjoyment in solving complex problems
• Communicative, open personality and proactive development of new subject areas
