Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective surgical treatment plans. Perform surgical operations across various general surgery specialties with precision and care. Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to maximize patient recovery and wellbeing. Work closely with medical colleagues, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surgical advancements and participate in continuous professional development. Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and training of junior staff. Requirements: Medical degree with specialization and board certification in General Surgery. Demonstrated experience as a Consultant General Surgeon with a proven surgical track record. Strong surgical skills and familiarity with contemporary surgical techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Capability to handle high-pressure clinical environments efficiently. Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to clinical guidelines.
