We are seeking professionals with strong consulting backgrounds, particularly those with experience from big ICT firms. The Consultant works as part of a team to understand and solve client problems. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and support client meetings and presentations. Apply active listening and research to understand issues, synthesize information, and develop pragmatic recommendations. Apply business analysis techniques to gather and analyze requirements to differentiate between surface symptoms and root causes. They are a trusted member of the delivery team and shift between strategic and operational lenses to deliver continuous value to clients. Work effectively in diverse teams of varied skills and experiences and apply their expertise to contribute to business development or community of practice initiatives. The Consultant can apply their previous knowledge and life experiences to identify and solve a variety of people, process, and technology problems. They are business-led and user-centric (the technology solution comes later). The Consultant is proactive, personable, and professional and achieves at an individual and team level. Location : Canberra preferred but flexible across east coast of Australia Key Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis including document reviews and market scans Participate in stakeholder interviews including notetaking and interview synthesis Support user research activities including process and experience mapping Apply business analysis techniques to gather and synthesise requirements Supports the development of strategies, formal reports, recommendations, and action plans Engage honestly and confidently with clients to become a trusted advisor Build credibility through consistent delivery of high-quality work. Pursue opportunities to enhance own experience and capability development. Contribute to market engagement, thought leadership, and/or market activities. Maintain compliance with Fujitsu policies and guidelines. Work independently on defined tasks Required skills Previous work experience in a Consulting or service delivery role Australian Citizenship is mandatory. Current or reinstatable AGSVA Baseline Security clearance is preferred. Proven problem-solving skills Proven ability to work as an effective member of a team Strong client interaction skills and ability to work in a collaborative style Strong verbal communication skills including presentations / facilitation Strong written communication skills including ability to contribute to formal reports, bid responses, and client presentations Demonstrated skill with MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
