Job Description We are seeking candidates between the Associate and Consultant 2 level to join our Government Services team. In this role, you will support the organization in providing financial management services to life sciences companies and institutions to advance novel life science products (therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics and devices), primarily in the areas of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense, infectious diseases and other public health threats. You will also support new business efforts as required for both internal and external clients. Responsibilities: Drafting and editing of government proposals on behalf of clients including the Cost Model and Cost Volume. Developing indirect cost rate structures for new government contractors. Researching and interpreting US government contract rules and regulations. Support Program Managers with client workflow. Preparing forward pricing, incurred cost, business system, program specific and single audits. Developing CAS Disclosure Statements and cost impact analyses. Developing and implementing business systems in compliance with Federal contract and grant rules and regulations, including the FAR and Uniform Guidance. Monitoring program budgets and monthly job cost reporting. Collaborate with cross disciplinary teams to complete client deliverables. Focus on customer service and clear communication. Provide sound guidance and advice to clients on US government contracting procedures and R&D cost development for life science projects. Support the management of existing and potential client relationships from a business development perspective. Support the creation of internal tools, systems, methods and materials that help the Company perform more efficiently and with higher quality results. Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bachelor's degree with a technical emphasis in a relevant field. Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others across multiple disciplines. Experience with management of and accounting under United States Government cost reimbursement awards. Professional communication style and 100% dedication to client satisfaction and support. Ability to manage individual workload to ensure the timely and compliant accomplishments of project deadlines and accurate deliverables. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 1-5 years of professional experience in consulting or life sciences.
