Whilst initial duties of the appointment may be primarily at the hospital stated, it is envisaged that medical staff will be supported to work primarily from the base site whilst also utilising the advantages of digital reporting with the commitment to attend other hospital sites in Tees Valley Pathology as necessary and participate in providing a comprehensive cellular pathology reporting service to the population of Teesside, Durham and parts of Cumbria and North Yorkshire (population 1.6 million). lease refer to the job description and person specification attached in the advert. The team is supported by specialist trainees and Advanced Practitioner BMS in dissection and reporting. We also have good working relationships with our colleagues in neighbouring Trusts, working together to develop services as part of regional Speciality Reference Groups.
