Campus Engagement Lead Responsible for building and sustaining a brand presence, cultivating partnerships with academic institutions, and driving early-career talent recruitment strategies. This role focuses on engaging university Students/Academia through events, branding initiatives, and internships to create a robust pipeline for future hiring. Core Responsibilities Campus Strategy Development: Design and implement campus engagement strategies and Employer Value Propositions (EVP) for top engineering and B-schools Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), faculty, and university leadership Event & Workshop Coordination: Plan, manage, and execute on-campus and virtual initiatives such as technical workshops, hackathons, seminars, and guest lectures Employer Branding: Promote the IT company’s brand to students through digital media, campus events, and competitions, enhancing its reputation as a preferred employer Talent Pipeline Management: Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from preliminary screening to internship opportunities and final onboarding Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor engagement metrics, track ROI of campus activities, and prepare reports for leadership to improve hiring effectiveness Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Generally, 4+ years of experience in campus hiring, student engagement, or HR talent acquisition Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree, often in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse student populations and senior stakeholders Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms Event Planning: Demonstrated success in organizing large-scale corporate or university events Proactive Mindset: Ability to travel to colleges, work under tight deadlines, and build long-term institutional partnerships Key Metrics for Success Engagiing the Maintaining Currrent Partneships Successful onboarding of high-quality interns/graduates Onboarding of new partner campuses
