Position Summary: Job Summary: The Consultant I works among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, the Consultant I will also manage escalated events as appropriate. Essential Responsibilities / Duties Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project. Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products Conduct tasks and assignments as directed Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Experience Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer Location: This role is fully remote in the Philippines. The annual salary range for this role is: PHP 971,400.00 - 1,457,100.00 annual. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
