Job Title: Consultant ICU - Saudi Arabia Are you a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Consultant looking for a new and exciting opportunity in Saudi Arabia? At Allocation Assist Middle East, we are currently seeking a Consultant ICU to join a dynamic and growing team in Saudi Arabia. You will be working in one of the top hospitals in the country, with state-of-the-art facilities and a diverse and talented team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of all aspects of their condition- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient- Conduct regular ward rounds and provide supervision and guidance to junior medical staff- Participate in on-call duties and be available for emergency procedures and consultations- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation- Stay current with the latest developments in critical care medicine and participate in continuous education and training programs- Act as a mentor and role model for junior doctors and nursing staff Qualifications and Requirements: - Medical degree from an accredited institution- Board Certification in Critical Care or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant in an Intensive Care Unit setting- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, informed decisions- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes- Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus- Candidates must have a Western education/training.
