We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Compliance & Resilience practice area, located in Paris (France) and support us on a broad range projects of different scope and complexity. Role Summary: As a Consultant in our IAM practice, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of IAM solutions across the Allianz OEs You will work closely with the clients to understand their identity and access-related challenges and support senior team members in delivering fit-for-purpose solutions. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of IAM assessments, capability maturity reviews, and process improvements Conduct stakeholder interviews and document business and technical IAM requirements Analyze current IAM processes and assist in identifying gaps and improvement areas Collaborate with technology teams to support onboarding or enhancement of IAM tools (eg, SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk) Assist in preparing presentation materials, dashboards, and reports for project stakeholders Support IAM testing, documentation, and user training activities Assist in documenting IAM as a Service capabilities and service catalogue entries Support the creation of internal service offering files, how-to guides, and service onboarding kits Help collect project materials and artefacts and compile based on the structured repository for knowledge retention Contribute to updating SharePoint pages, Confluence spaces, or internal portals promoting IAM services Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field Foundational understanding of IAM concepts (eg, provisioning, authentication, RBAC, PAM) Strong analytical and communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow within the cybersecurity and IAM space
