About the Position We are seeking a Consultant II to play a pivotal role in delivering specialized expertise and driving the successful execution of complex projects. In this client-facing role, you will focus on technical implementation, data analysis, and solution delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client objectives. You will also contribute to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, helping to expand service offerings and strengthen client partnerships. Location: Remote/Hybrid Key Responsibilities: * Drive project deliverables, define tasks, and monitor schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. * Act as a key client liaison: understand needs, provide solutions, and maintain ongoing relationships. * Apply specialized knowledge to solve business problems, generate reports, and conduct data analysis. * Prepare project documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders. * Mentor junior staff and assist with onboarding. Requirements: * 2–5 years of relevant industry experience (or equivalent education/experience). * Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. * Specific expertise in MS Suite, Forms/Planner, Section 508, and experience managing knowledge bases in ServiceNow. * Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
