MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the end-to-end process for new applications, renewals, and cancellations of Employment Passes, Dependent Passes, and Social Visit Passes. * Provide expert guidance to clients on the appropriate immigration pass types based on their specific needs and advise on the relevant procedures and regulatory requirements. * Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation to the appropriate government authorities in a timely and accurate manner. * Monitor active cases and ensure timely follow-ups and reminders are communicated to clients and their HR representatives. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information within the internal database system.     CRITICAL DIMENSIONS: * Demonstrates exceptional customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction * Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written * Highly detail-oriented with a methodical and thorough approach to work * Strong administrative and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively * Self-motivated and responsible, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset * Sound technical and professional knowledge relevant to immigration processes * Culturally sensitive and adept at working with diverse populations * Shows initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving and decision-making     EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline * A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in processing Employment Passes, Social Visit Passes, visa applications, and other immigration-related matters * Familiarity with Singapore’s immigration regulations and procedures is essential * Prior experience in a client-facing or consultancy role is advantageous
