OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Consultant Immigration Lawyer - who is either regulated by the IAA or SRA. Must have 5 years work experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • A qualified solicitor or regulated IAA advisor with a valid practising certificate in immigration law is essential.
  • Proven experience in handling a variety of immigration cases is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients’ interests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
  • Represent clients in hearings before immigration courts and other relevant authorities.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and documentation submitted.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop strategies for complex cases.
