As a consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve. Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company. Qualifications You have completed your Master’s Degree. Passion and a clear affinity with the insurance sector. Some experience is more than welcome but not a must as a junior. If you have a few years experience, you will be scaled on a different level. Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required. You are able to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems. You like to work in a team but you are capable to excel on your own as well and are not afraid to share your thoughts You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
