Our client is seeking an experienced Consultant in Palliative Medicine.

The ideal candidate will be

• Expert in symptom management, end-of-life care planning, and multidisciplinary team coordination.
• Skilled in ethical and legal decision-making in complex palliative and terminal situations.
• Comfortable delivering clinical services across hospice inpatient, acute hospital, and community settings, including evening and weekend on‑call support.
• Demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and flexibility, with an ability to work in evolving environments.

• Committed to supporting service development initiatives, such as new ambulatory clinics and unit expansions.

Registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialty of palliative medicine.
