Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment and formulation to inform holistic management plans-face to face and or remotely. Assessment and management of risks. Assessment and management of physical ill-health Medication management including prescribing, monitoring, and stabilisation of medications as per NICE. Provide support and advice to MDT and wider team in delivering expert, safe and effective care.
Provide training and formal supervision to medical trainees and non- medical staff. Mutual consultation with GPs, Pharmacists, ACPs and other roles. Provide systemic leadership in building relationships with colleagues in primary care, VCSEs and external agencies. Provide leadership in development of culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
Provide leadership in reviewing policies and governance structures
