QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications in AI/ML are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in which:
  • Hands-on experience in information technology systems, or a related field, with knowledge in developing, implementing or supporting data-driven applications or solutions in a real-world environment.
  • Proven experience within a security or regulated environment, are highly desirable.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in supporting the development and maintenance of web applications using frameworks such as .NET (C#), JavaScript or other web technologies.
  • Experienced in developing interactive dashboards and monitoring tools using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data structures and enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of database management and SQL.
  • Strong language skills in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) an asset.
Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Information Management Section Head and with the IT team, the consultant is to provide technical expertise on:

  • the ongoing migration of NUSEC portal modules from the legacy platform to new .NET-based web applications.
  • the implementation of the data-management strategy developed in 2024, specifically related to data integration and analytics development, to support results-based management.
  • the development of monitoring tools and dashboards to increase efficiency and enhance decision-making in all levels the regular maintenance of existing tools to ensure proper recovery and functionality.
