Avaap is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Integrations Consultant to join our Avaap Center of Excellence (ACE) team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in Workday solutions and have a proven track record of designing, developing, and troubleshooting complex integrations. As a consultant, you will be responsible for leading design sessions, resolving integration issues, and providing robust production support. Work will focus in the HCM/BEN/PAY/FIN/SCM domains, and may include Student.

EXPERIENCE

  • Certification: Workday Integration Certification is a must.
  • Workday Studio certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Strong experience in Workday integrations with a proven ability to lead and execute complex integration projects. Experience working in Government and Higher Education industries a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to shuffle priorities. AMS experience is highly preferred.Hands-on experience with Workday Cloud connectors, Core connectors, EIB, DT, WD Studios, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), custom fields, calculated fields, advanced reports (BIRT, XML, XSLT).
  • Knowledge: Detailed understanding of Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG, Payroll Integrations (PECI/PICOF), middleware integrations, and migration techniques (Object Transporter).
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Integration Design & Development: Lead design and requirements sessions to create and implement complex integrations independently. Develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday’s suite of tools and technologies.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with in-depth expertise in Workday solutions. Provide effective solutions and support to ensure smooth operation.
  • Configuration & Support: Utilize hands-on experience with Cloud connectors, Core connectors, EIB, DT, WD Studios, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), custom fields, calculated fields, and advanced reporting tools (BIRT, XML, XSLT) to configure and maintain integrations.
  • Payroll & Middleware Integration: Knowledge of Payroll Integrations (PECI/PICOF) and middleware integrations with Workday configuration is highly desirable.
  • Business Process & Security: Demonstrate detailed knowledge of Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG.
  • Incident Management: Resolve incidents and provide ongoing production support to ensure system stability and efficiency.
  • Module Knowledge: Understanding of various HCM and FIN modules is preferred.

Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.

  • Base Salary Range is $110,000 to $152,500 plus 20% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.
  • During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role
