SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant - Intensive Care to provide exceptional clinical care in critical care settings. This role involves managing critically ill patients, leading clinical decision-making, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The successful candidate will work in fast-paced environments, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. As a Consultant - Intensive Care, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing expert guidance to junior medical staff. Your leadership will contribute to continuous improvement in intensive care services and patient safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assess and manage critically ill patients in intensive care units (ICUs) Lead the development of individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and diagnostic results Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care Provide mentorship and supervision to junior medical staff and trainees Perform advanced procedures pertinent to intensive care medicine Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations Engage in continuous professional development and implement best clinical practices Medical degree with specialization in Intensive Care Medicine Significant experience as a Consultant in Intensive Care settings Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Excellent leadership and communication skills Familiarity with advanced intensive care procedures and technology Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety Valid medical license and board certification relevant to intensive care Benefits: - 30 Days Annual Leave (Paid). - Annual Air Fare - Medical Insurance for self & family as per the UAE Labor Law.
