JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Interventional Cardiologist to join a prestigious medical institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases using advanced interventional techniques, ensuring high-quality patient care and optimal outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Medical degree and board certification in interventional cardiology
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interventional cardiology
  • Experience with advanced interventional procedures, including coronary, peripheral, structural, and electrophysiology
  • In-depth knowledge of cardiac diagnostic tools, such as echocardiography, stress tests, and cardiac catheterization
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written
Responsibilities
  • Perform consultations, evaluations, diagnostic testing, and treatment for patients with cardiac conditions
  • Interpret and analyze test results to determine the best course of treatment
  • Utilize advanced interventional techniques to perform minimally invasive procedures, such as angioplasty, stent placement, and catheterizations
  • Manage post-procedure care and provide follow-up treatment for patients
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and technologies in interventional cardiology and implement them into practice
  • Participate in research and clinical trials to further advance the field of interventional cardiology
  • Provide education and training to medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
