The project aims to increase formal employment opportunities for Syrians under Temporary Protection (SuTPs), Persons under International Protection (PuIPs), and host community members, while strengthening social cohesion and harmonization processes in Türkiye.   Organizational Department / Unit to which the Consultant is contributing The consultant(s) will contribute to the Labour Mobility and Social Cohesion (LMI) Team under IOM Türkiye, within the EU-funded project “Promoting Sustainable and Socially Inclusive Labour Market Integration”.
Responsibilities
The consultant will enhance the institutional capacity of the Presidency of Migration Management personnel through structured training on migration and social cohesion. They will work in coordination with the LMI team to implement activities aligned with IOM’s capacity development approach and national strategic plans.
