ROLE PURPOSE The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective. To support the development of AI-enabled services and platforms by translating business needs into functional solutions, driving end-to-end product and service development, and enabling AI adoption within government platforms. The role bridges business, data, and technology to deliver scalable, impactful AI solutions aligned with digital transformation objectives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES This section describes the principal outputs required from the job. Key Accountabilities Key Activities Business Analysis & Requirements Management Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AI-enabled services and platforms. Translate business needs into clear user stories, specifications, and solution requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment with objectives. Product & Service Development Support the end-to-end development of AI-enabled products and services from concept to deployment. Define product features, scope, and priorities based on business value and user needs. Contribute to product roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives. AI Enablement & Use Case Development Identify and support AI use cases within government platforms and digital initiatives. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into products. Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze data to generate insights that support product decisions and service optimization. Support performance monitoring and evaluation of AI-enabled services. Identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. Support alignment across cross-functional teams. Digital Transformation Support Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by enabling AI adoption within platforms and services. Support the development of government digital solutions aligned with strategic priorities. Assist in driving innovation through AI capabilities. Policies, Processes & Procedures Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment Information Security Comply with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
