Job Title: Power Apps/Power Automate Specialist Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon/Noida Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Power Apps/Power Automate Specialist to manage and optimize our applications within the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, effectively translating business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with AI and Copilot in Power Platform is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Application Management: * Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps. * Optimize and automate workflows with Power Automate. 2. Workflow and Process Improvement: * Create efficient workflows and processes to support business needs. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure optimal flow performance. 3. Collaboration and Communication: * Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements. * Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. 4. Continuous Learning and Innovation: * Stay updated on Power Platform updates and integrate new features. * Explore AI capabilities and incorporate them when applicable. 5. Documentation and Reporting: * Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows and application architecture. Qualifications: 1. Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Experience: * 3-4 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. * Proven capability in designing applications and workflows. 3. Technical Skills: * Ability to develop user-friendly applications in Power Apps. * Proficiency in automating processes with Power Automate. 4. Communication Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication. * Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 5. Problem-Solving Ability: * Analytical mindset with attention to detail. * Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications. 6. Preferred Skills: * Experience in developing and maintaining traditional applications in Power Apps/Power Automate platform * Exposure to AI and Copilot Studio features in Power Platform. 7. Personal Attributes: * Self-motivated and proactive in exploring new technologies. * Enthusiastic about innovation and efficiency. 8. Additional Skills: * Full stack development experience. * Understanding of AI and Copilot Studio frameworks. Additional Considerations: * Familiarity with agile practices and SDLC is beneficial. * Experience in deployment activities and CI/CD processes is an advantage.
