Your tasks

• They analyze workflows in client work and in support functions, identify bottlenecks and redundancies, and develop leaner processes together with the specialist departments - for example in client management, case analysis, document automation, or internal firm collaboration.
• They manage projects from requirements clarification through conception to implementation and ensure that changes are not only decided upon, but also become effective in everyday practice. 
• They examine which digital tools and technologies can meaningfully support processes, accompany their introduction, and ensure that technology and process fit together and that people can work effectively with them.
• They moderate workshops, bring together different perspectives from lawyers, business services and client expectations, and create the basis for viable solutions.
• They are involved from the very beginning, when the strategic goals of Luther2030 are translated into concrete, measurable project proposals and their implementation is driven forward.
