At Sia, we work with leading luxury Maisons, consumer brands, retailers and hospitality providers to design their future — from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation. As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you’ll work with senior business stakeholders to define and deliver initiatives across corporate strategy, product, marketing, commerce and operations – all of it underpinned by cutting-edge digital, data & AI capabilities. This is a multi-tool role where business curiosity and strategic thinking allied with technology innovation bring the transformation to life. Your focus is not limited to one function — instead, you will help clients connect the dots across departments and deliver lasting impact. You will: Work on strategic challenges: from defining brand positioning or portfolio strategies to reshaping go-to-market models Support transformation programs: omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, category development, operating model redesign and digital transformation Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to bring actionable insights to clients Contribute to project framing, client interviews, benchmarking, and the co-creation and delivery of our recommendations Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams, often with exposure to C-level management Projects span a wide range of topics — brand strategy, innovation, customer journeys, category growth plans, new distribution models, and more — always tailored to what drives value for the client. Qualifications You have the following qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role in a luxury, consumer goods or retail company. Those with less experience may be considered for a more junior position Experience working with or supporting clients in the FMCG, luxury retail, and/or hospitality sectors, with an understanding of customer behavior, brand positioning, and commercial operations within these industrie Strong analytical skills and a good sense of prioritization A fast learner who thrives on diverse challenges and changing environments You can switch between strategic vision and operational detail — and speak both business and numbers fluently Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, analytics, automation) to deliver consulting engagements or projects Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must. Business proficiency in any other Asian language would be highly advantageous Ideally exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar), with an understanding of customer lifecycle management, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies Experience in CRM implementation, customer segmentation, loyalty program optimization, or customer experience (CX) initiatives would be an advantage.
