Job Description The Asia Business Unit (ABU) consists of 12 markets (11 countries) across Asia – Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Brunei and Vietnam. In this exciting opportunity you will serve as a HR practitioner for the Asia Business Unit (ABU) with focus on delivering excellence in employee experience, ensuring compliance, engagement, and seamless execution of people processes across the regional offices (Singapore and Hong Kong). This role will also partner with the People Partner and People Lead to support interventions and events for Asia Business Unit markets. Key Responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end Hire to Retire lifecycle processes for ABU office. Leading culture initiatives and employee engagement programs. Acting as the liaison between ABU and Global People Solutions for HR programs. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies and practices Writing Business Reviews/QBR planning​ Market KPIs tracking & data analysis​ Global Annual Awards cycle, including support for Employee Appreciation Day​ Co-ownership of ABU People leads monthly calls ​ Collation of best practices from markets​ Experience required: Significant years of HR experience, preferably in multinational environments with exposure to Asia markets Strong knowledge of HR processes Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
