Therefore, we are set up in individual Core Service Clusters and Growth Areas: Life P/C Sales Productivity Resilience Sustainability Central Functions Key responsibilities / You will get to: Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events Key requirements / What we hope you bring:  University degree or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full-Time Employee An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team Your excellent command of English that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and report Fluent German skills (C1 level or higher) are required, as the role involves direct communication with German-speaking clients and local stakeholders Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions) Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and technique Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
