Strategy & Transformation Manager (all genders)Berlin - hybrid

We're hiring for a fast-growing, VC-backed startup using AI to solve problems in a complex, regulated industry, cutting a process that used to take weeks down to same-day, without compromising on quality.

They're looking for someone to run strategic engagements with some of the largest organizations in their space, sitting at the intersection of client relationships and internal process-building. You'll split your time between hands-on delivery (managing key accounts and projects, often working closely with the CEO) and building the scalable systems and tools that let the company serve clients well as it grows.

What you'd actually be doing:→ Own client relationships post-contract: onboarding, implementation, long-term adoption→ Lead project delivery end to end: timelines, stakeholders, outcomes→ Run value assessments that earn executive buy-in for bigger rollouts→ Build business cases and strategic recommendations with leadership→ Create the templates, frameworks, and processes the company doesn't have yet

What you bring:→ Master's/MBA + 3+ years in consulting or strategic project management with executive stakeholders→ A track record of delivering complex projects while building real client trust→ Comfort with ambiguity, this is a builder role, not an optimizer role→ Startup or fast-growth experience is a plus; background in a regulated industry is a bonus, not required→ Strong communicator, able to turn technical complexity into clear next steps
