About the team and your impact In the Energy Consulting area, we have a global team of approximately 60 professionals specialized in this vertical. As a Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Analysis and solution proposals: Analyzing information to develop solution proposals. This involves identifying needs, risks, and opportunities, as well as proposing alternatives and improvements. Project management: Planning, executing, and monitoring tasks, ensuring the quality of deliverables and achieving established goals. Client relationship: Building a close relationship with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that add value. Team development and leadership: Motivating, training, and guiding less experienced colleagues, as well as managing and leading teams. What are we looking for in you? Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting projects within the Energy sector. Knowledge in PMO, Processes, Change Management, analytics, among others. Ability to work in English. Other languages (French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) are valued, as you may participate in international projects. Availability to work from São Paulo City. Why join the MBC team? Responsibilities
