We’re looking for multiple permanent, full-time Motor Claims Consultants to join our RACQ Insurance team in Meanjin (Brisbane – Eight Mile Plains). You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end lodgement and claims management of motor claims, ensuring each case is managed efficiently, accurately, and with empathy. Your journey with RACQ begins on Monday 16 February, with a minimum of a seven-week and up to a thirteen-week, office-based training program at our Meanjin (Brisbane – Eight Mile Plains) office. This permanent full-time role requires availability Monday to Friday (8.30am–5.00pm) during training. Once training is complete, working hours will extend to a rotating roster between 7.00am–7.00pm Monday to Friday, and 8.30am–5.00pm on weekends and public holidays. On successful completion of training and once deemed competent in the role, you will be able to utalise hybrid work arrangements attending the office a minumum of one day per week, subject to business needs. This is a permanent full-time role based in Meanjin (Brisbane).
