Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized medical care to newborns requiring intensive neonatal support. Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment planning. Perform neonatal procedures and interventions adhering to best practice standards. Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care. Communicate effectively with families regarding patient status, treatment options, and prognoses. Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical research and quality improvement. Proven experience in a private healthcare setting managing high-risk neonates.
