The successful candidate will provide expert neonatal care, focusing on critically ill and premature infants in a state-of-the-art NICU environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute treatment plans, ensuring optimal health outcomes and compassionate family support. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized medical care to newborns requiring intensive neonatal support. Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment planning. Perform neonatal procedures and interventions adhering to best practice standards. Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care. Communicate effectively with families regarding patient status, treatment options, and prognoses. Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical research and quality improvement. Proven experience in a private healthcare setting managing high-risk neonates. Strong clinical and procedural skills relevant to neonatal intensive care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Commitment to patient safety, documentation, and hospital protocols.
