We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consultant for our New Incentives team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison across multiple departments to ensure the seamless implementation of various New Incentive initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

As a Consultant in the New Incentives team, you will:

  • Coordinate and act as a liaison between different departments (e.g., Promo, IT, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of new incentive programs
  • Ensure the seamless implementation of New Incentives: Multibuy, NVP, BOGO, mix-and-match, and member pricing offers
  • Collaborate with the POST team to ensure proper setup of promotional offers in the system
  • Provide support for any issues or questions related to new incentives
  • Run weekly or ad-hoc reports to support straightforward analytical tasks
  • Organize kickoff meetings for each new incentive type
  • Maintain a comprehensive checklist of tasks required for setting up each offer in the system
  • Regularly communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
