How You’ll Shape What’s Possible:
As a Consultant at Altis, you will employ initiative and strong oral and written communication skills to deliver technical client solutions under supervision. You will perform a range of varied work activities in structured environments. You will also learn a variety of data and analytics platforms, and develop a strong foundation in Cloud platforms, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Analytics design, tools, processes and implementation approaches.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Work under routine direction and effectively manage time and schedules of own work according to deadlines
• Assist in developing and implementing data pipelines and data stores.
• Actively contribute to project delivery
• Gathering user/business requirements
• Data modelling / database design
• Design & develop Reports, dashboards & data visualisations and insights
• Analysing data from multiple and varied sources
• Planning and execution of unit and system testing
• Support of UAT
• Post production support
• Use initiative to solve problems and know when to seek guidance and ask questions

THE KNOWLEDGE YOU BRING:

• Tertiary qualification in IT-related subject, or relevant work experience
• 1+ years relevant industry experience in a client-facing role
• Demonstratable experience with databases and solution design/development
• Demonstratable experience in development of Business Intelligence/ Reporting/Analytics Solutions
• Demonstratable experience with contemporary programming languages/tools including experience with SQL
