Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Oncologist to provide expert medical care to patients with cancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with various types of cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert medical care to patients with cancer, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
2. Conduct clinics, assess patients, and develop treatment plans.
3. Perform procedures such as biopsies, chemotherapy, and other oncology-related procedures.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in oncology.
6. Participate in research and clinical trials.
7. Teach and mentor junior medical staff.
Requirements:
1. BSc/MBBS/MD/DNB in Oncology or a related field.
2. 5 years post-qualification experience in Oncology.
3. Registration with the medical council.
4. Excellent clinical and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a team environment.
