Your tasks:

Shape the digital future of leading companies! In the Technology Strategy & Transformation team, you will develop innovative IT strategies and support complex transformation projects. We connect technology, business, and people to create sustainable solutions – from cloud architectures to agile operating models. We also keep an eye on trends such as artificial intelligence and automation. In our team, you will take on a variety of tasks, including:

• Development of target operating models and organizational structures
• Management of Transformation Delivery and Change Management
• Analysis of processes and derivation of optimization measures
• Application of agile methods and project management tools
• Consulting on governance and performance management

Your skillset

• Completed studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable field
• Initial experience in Operating Model Design, Transformation Delivery and Project Management with direct customer contact
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
