We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care, diagnosis, and management of various eye conditions and diseases. This role involves performing advanced ophthalmic surgeries and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities Carry out thorough eye examinations and diagnostic assessments. Diagnose and treat a wide range of ocular disorders and diseases. Perform complex ophthalmic surgeries such as cataract, glaucoma, and retinal procedures. Develop individualized treatment plans, considering both surgical and non-surgical options. Provide preoperative and postoperative care to ensure optimal patient recovery. Educate patients and their families regarding eye health and treatment protocols. Work closely with other healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology. Medical degree with a specialization in Ophthalmology. Valid medical license to practice as an ophthalmologist. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Consultant Ophthalmologist role. Proven surgical expertise in ophthalmology procedures. Strong diagnostic skills and comprehensive knowledge of ocular diseases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
