Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at SearchPlus HR SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our prestigious medical team. In this role, you will leverage your surgical expertise to diagnose and treat a variety of oral and maxillofacial conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments and diagnostics for patients with oral and maxillofacial disorders. Design customized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of individual patient cases. Perform a variety of complex surgical procedures, including but not limited to facial reconstructions, dental implants, and trauma surgeries. Manage comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to support patient recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and treatment to patients. Stay abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and research. Mentor and train junior surgical staff and students, fostering an environment of learning and growth. Qualifications: DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Board Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery required. Extensive clinical experience with a proven track record in performing intricate surgical procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
