Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at SearchPlus HR Join the dynamic team at SearchPlus HR as a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. This role is ideal for an expert surgeon with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care and a passion for advancing the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostics for patients with oral and maxillofacial conditions. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on optimal patient outcomes. Perform a full range of surgical procedures, including but not limited to facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery, and dental implant placements. Oversee pre-operative evaluations and provide thorough post-operative care. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure integrated patient care. Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field. Mentor and train junior staff and surgical trainees, fostering a learning environment. Qualifications: DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Board Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is required. Extensive clinical experience in performing complex oral and maxillofacial surgeries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to professional growth and a dedication to keeping up with industry advancements. Able to manage high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent standards of care.
