Description:
YOUR SKILLS:
- A completed master’s degree, ideally an MBA or doctorate.
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable role.
- The ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and present them precisely and appropriately for the target audience.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of French, Dutch, or Swedish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–60%, mostly within the DACH region.
Responsibilities:
- Accompanying and managing challenging projects for our clients – learn more here.
- Project durations range from a few consulting days to 1–2 years. Typically not full-time, allowing you to work on multiple projects simultaneously in client project teams of 2–3 consultants.
- Around 70% of the work is conducted remotely with our clients – but we also collaborate in person with client teams on-site and prefer conducting workshops “offline.”
- Challenges: Managing 3–5 parallel projects, steering client project teams toward goals, moderating effective workshops, and handling explicit and implicit change management within projects.
- Our clients come from all relevant industries (logistics, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, services, etc.) and range from international corporations to mid-sized businesses. For project success, we regularly interact with department/area managers or executive leadership.
- Typical projects: Supporting digitalization initiatives, organizational development, and efficiency improvements through process optimization in HR environments.
