We are seeking an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide expert patient care, performing detailed assessments, developing treatment strategies, and conducting surgeries to treat musculoskeletal issues. This role demands a commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and collaborative multidisciplinary care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients with orthopedic conditions through clinical examination and diagnostic tools. Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating surgical and non-surgical interventions. Perform orthopedic surgeries with a focus on precision, safety, and patient outcome. Lead postoperative care and coordinate rehabilitation efforts for optimal recovery. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistically managed patient care. Keep abreast of medical developments and contribute to ongoing education and training. Ensure detailed documentation and adherence to medical and ethical standards. Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Completion of formal residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery. Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery. At least 5 years of experience as an orthopaedic surgeon, preferably at a consultant level. Comprehensive knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders and treatment modalities. Excellent surgical skills with proven experience in a range of procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team collaboration. Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams and manage complex cases. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
