In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of ear, nose, and throat conditions, performing surgical interventions, and delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage diseases and disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. Perform ENT surgical procedures, including both outpatient and inpatient surgeries. Develop personalized treatment plans and provide pre- and post-operative care for patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient management. Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare standards. Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on advancements in ENT surgery. Medical degree with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT). Board certification or equivalent qualification in ENT Surgery. Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah, UAE. Proven experience in ENT diagnosis and surgical procedures. Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
