We are looking for an experienced Orthopaedic colleague to join our large, busy Department. The post is based at The Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow. Duties will include routine Consultant-delivered elective benign and malignant Musculoskeletal tumour care for young people aged between 0 and 16 years of age. Applicants should have a wide experience of Paediatric Orthopaedic Oncological conditions. There is no out of hours commitment. Applicants should have proven experience and interest in paediatric sarcoma and reconstructive work.
Applicants should have full GMC registration, a licence to practice and eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register. Those trained in the UK should have evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or eligibility for specialist registration (CESR,) or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from date of Interview. Non-UK applicants must demonstrate equivalent training.
