Job Description Experience: Total 7 to 12 years, 5-6 years relevant in Partnership Alliance Partner Onboarding: Understand Requirements: Assess the need and justification for onboarding a new partner from the SBU/HU. Compliance and Approvals: · Secure NDA with the proposed partner. · Obtain updated due diligence checklists and details from SBU/HU. · Share relevant information with InfoSec for clearance. · Conduct Credit Risk Assessment with the Risk Team. · Secure SBU Head approval for onboarding. Contracting: Oversee the contracting process between legal teams’ post-due diligence. 2. Relationship Management: · Build and nurture long-term, collaborative relationships with partners. · Act as the primary point of contact for communication and collaboration. · Ensure timely renewal of contracts. 3.Strategic Alignment and Governance: • Align partnership goals with company objectives by collaborating with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) • Establish regular governance calls with strategic partners to address concerns and drive improvement. • Set up internal governance cadences with SBUs to track partner success stories and areas for improvement. 4.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Track partner performance and report updates to senior management • Maintain trackers and create reports (Partner Revenue & Cost Matrix. Channel Partner Updates, Weekly tracker for the P&A Team and P&A Newsletter, Playbook, and OneClick Portal updates). 5.Collaborative Initiatives: • Lead joint marketing campaigns, co-branded materials, and sales efforts with partners to maximize impact. 6. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution • Address partnership challenges promptly to ensure smooth collaboration and mutual benefits. Qualifications: • Any degree Qualifications Any Graduate
