We are looking forward to hire SAP (SuccessFactors)- ECP Professionals in the following areas : Position SummaryWe are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ECP projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Employee Central (EC) and Payroll processes, configuration experience, and good problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including wage types (pay components), schemas, PCRs, and Off-Cycle processes.• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between EC and ECP.• Perform ECP payroll run activities, monitoring, error handling, and post-payroll processes.• Support Payroll Control Center (PCC) implementation, validation rules, and alerts.• Analyse and resolve issues related to master data, payroll results, replication, and interface errors.• Conduct requirement gathering, functional design documentation, and testing (SIT/UAT).• Collaborate with business users to develop end-to-end payroll solutions.• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (country-specific payroll knowledge preferred for India and GCC countries).• Provide production support, incident management, and enhancements.• Prepare training material and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.Required Skills & Experience• 3–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation/support.• Strong understanding of SAP Payroll, wage type configuration, schemas, PCRs, and payroll processes.• Hands-on experience in EC–ECP Integration via PTP, BIB, and replication monitoring.• Experience with Employee Central Master Data and foundational objects.• Knowledge of PCC framework and payroll monitoring tools.• Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills in payroll.• Understanding of authorization concepts, time data, and interfaces.• Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
