Key Responsibilities:-Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, and related structures in pediatric patients.-Perform surgeries and procedures such as adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, and myringotomy on pediatric patients.-Collaborate with other medical specialists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.-Explain diagnoses and treatments to patients and their families in a clear and understandable manner.-Keep accurate and detailed patient records and maintain confidentiality at all times.-Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of Pediatric ENT and incorporate them into your practice.-Participate in research and educational activities to advance the field and share your knowledge with colleagues. Requirements:-Valid medical degree and relevant post-graduate qualifications in ENT.-Proven experience working with pediatric patients, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-An empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families.-Strong leadership and decision-making skills.- The candidate must have received Western training or education.
