Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Consultant Pediatric Oncologist with expertise in Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) to join a leading tertiary care hospital in Abu Dhabi. The role involves diagnosing and managing pediatric cancers and hematologic disorders, with a focus on BMT procedures, while contributing to clinical excellence, research, and education. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat pediatric oncology and hematology conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, and solid tumors Perform and oversee autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplants Lead multidisciplinary case reviews and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise junior physicians and fellows in pediatric oncology and BMT protocols Ensure compliance with international standards of care and hospital policies Participate in clinical trials, research initiatives, and CME activities Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatment options and post-transplant care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans Participate in on-call rotations and emergency coverage as required Qualifications & Requirements Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution Board Certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship training in Pediatric BMT is mandatory Minimum 5 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric oncology and BMT Eligibility for DOH/HAAD licensure in the UAE Western-trained candidates preferred (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes Benefits Competitive salary (AED 80,000–90,000/month depending on experience) Family visa sponsorship and relocation support Comprehensive medical insurance and annual leave End-of-service benefits as per UAE labor law Opportunities for academic involvement and career advancement Salary: 80000 - 90000 AED Per month
